Memorials

The death of a loved one is never easy. Never.

In my experience, a Memorial is a perfect punctuation to any person’s life. A memorial is completely unique to the individual whose life is being celebrated. The ceremony should be customised to reflect the values of that individual.

This makes Memorial ceremonies very different and can be both heartfelt and nostalgic without being deeply tragic. Think of the Memorial for US media celebrity Joan Rivers and how most of the guests remarked how much laughter there was throughout that ceremony. (She’d have loved that!)
